vegas. was. amazing.

seriously, so fun!

i hate vegas too-

just for the record.

sissy & chris drove from Oregon and we all met in Idaho.

so fun for us all to reunited again.

rare but blessed occasion. 

we decided to go to a baseball game,

which happens to be my favorite thing to do on a summer night,

which happened to be my idea. :) 

we then went to stoddard creek to camp,

it was beautiful. definitely one of my favorite

places on earth now. There was so much to see.

we spent the few days soaking up the sun, ridding 4 wheelers,

and enjoying each others company. loved it.

So on saturday Chris text me

 and told me he was coming to orem.

just for the night. :) 

too cute. 

we stayed up late talking & me giggling

like a little girl.

He told me the next day he's taking me on an 'adventure'

He never fails to bring me to the most beautiful

 places I've ever laid eyes on.

So, I was really excited none the less.

He picked me up and wouldn't tell me where we were going.

Finally we ended up in the mountains in Payson at a beautiful

place called Payson Lakes. We found a little spot, sat on the rocks,

put our feet in the water and just talked. one of the best days ever. It

was hard to see him go. again. 

I just really really like him & my life right now.

She turned one today.

It's a big deal, I want nothing more than

 to have her in my arms-

baby girl holds my heart & shares my soul.

not a day passes where I don't pray fervently for her,

tear up because of how I much I miss her, or spend majority

of my free time thinking about her & her well being. 

It's a different kind of love, I've never experienced.

I just can't wait until we are reunited once again.

Sometimes, I feel really lost in life, it all started when I returned from Ecuador. I just feel like I'm wandering but not sure where I'm going. Like, I'm letting days pass by without a purpose or direction. Then I will go back and reread my journal entries from that time in my life, read my blog posts, or look through my pictures and thats when I remember my divine purpose for this life. I'm not as lost as I thought I was.. I just like to wander.

So I was gonna wait and post all the pictures from the last couple weeks in one post, but I just had to post a little sneak peak. All that needs to be said is that last weekend was probably one of the best weekends of my life. that is all. :)

Apparently, it's time for an update. I've had a few requests to start blogging again, and my blog is in dire need of renovation. So much has happened and I suppose thats why I've neglected this business, but here we go...

I spent Easters with some of the best. I usually 

always get homesick on holidays, but I've realized

friends can make all the difference-

So, mamas & I ventured to Oregon. It was

 quite the trip, it really didn't last long enough.

I cried when I left.

I was reunited with the girl who has known me longest.

Since May 20th, 1990. We sure have been the best of friends

for just short of forever. Wouldn't have it any other way.

love this girl.

Hal and I watched the Blazer game & loved each other.

I went to the Winter hawks game with these two cuties.

They sure do make for good company :)

mamas, shel, & I went and stayed the night in seaside.

ugh, my most favorite place on earth.

We shopped our little hearts out, 

watched the ocean from our  hotel room,

listened / watched as the rain literally poured down,

played cards, bought lots of chocolate, ate good clam chowder,

and just laughed. It felt good to be together. We 

don't get that opportunity hardly ever & it's a memory

I will cherish all my days. 

best thing about living on my own you ask?

jumping on my bed. yes, you read that right.

I love to jump on my bed. Mama is not a fan.

and since I got a new bed it's been a 

weekly occurrence. I need to grow up.

I know.

I then went on over to Idaho, where I stayed for a week.

Best. week. ever. I LOVE my family. I can't even begin

to fathom life without these gems. I of course spent a large

portion of my time with my lil bug :) I love that child. 

I had the opportunity to spend my birthday there. These darling

little ecuadorian chicas surprised me with a fruit pizza.

 Oh, how I adore them.

we took fun pictures & laughed to our hearts content.

we then went for a 4 wheeler ride.

 I am so blessed to have such awesome friends.

I spent my birthday getting my nails done, and shopping 

with this beauty. We then went to dinner with my family.

weird, I'm 21. I know, I'm still so young. 

but WEIRD. 

I got a lot of great gifts, but I must admit this might just be my favorite.

I know, it seems weird but it is. It may or may not have something to do with

the cute boy that gave it to me. But there's a good background story behind it all.

Ask me sometime, and I might tell you. 

& last but certainly not least..

My beautiful cousin and her lover were

wed on May 14th, 2011 in the Idaho Falls

temple where their love was sealed for time 

and all of eternity. so happy for them.

I know.. that was a lot to take in. I think the most important part about this whole last month is that I'm finally truly happy. There is just no way I could ever ask for more. I have all that I need right now and I feel so incredibly blessed to have all the people in my life I currently do.
